Each patch contains a bioceramic powder made from natural silicates and refined minerals. Application & Usage
Clean and dry the skin. Peel off the backing. Press the patch firmly onto the area of discomfort, ensuring good contact with the skin. Leave on for up to 8 hours. For best adhesion, apply to smooth, non-hairy skin free of oils or lotions.
Anywhere you experience pain, stiffness, or discomfort — back, shoulders, knees, elbows, neck, hips, feet, wrists. Avoid applying directly on the face, open wounds, broken skin, or severely irritated areas. For pain near sensitive areas, apply the patch nearby — for example, on the back of the neck for headaches, or behind the ear for facial discomfort.

Peel slowly from one corner. Don't yank. If the adhesive resists, soften it with warm water or a mild cleanser. Wash the area after removal. If you notice any redness or irritation, discontinue use and give your skin 48 hours before reapplying.
Safety
Yes. The patches use a breathable non-woven fabric and medical-grade, water-based adhesive. Completely latex-free.

We recommend using them separately, not simultaneously. The infrared layer generates its own therapeutic warmth — an external heating pad could interfere with this. Cold therapy restricts circulation, which is the opposite of what the patch is designed to do. If you want to alternate between hot/cold and patches, use them at different times.
